Cancellation & no show policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee [50% of session fee].

• Appointments cancelled due to late notice may not be refunded.

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in loss of booking privileges.

• If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the schedule.

• Full service fees still apply, regardless of shortened appointment time.

• Arrivals more than [10–15] minutes late may be treated as a no-show at my discretion.
