Reminder as we approach the fall/winter months!
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, stomach illness, or any contagious symptoms.
Please reschedule your appointment if you have a fever 48 hours before your appointment time/day. Please reschedule your appointment if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or the flu within 5-7 days of your appointment.
